The Wonder Years Nursery’s fees must be paid in full and in advance of the actual start date, as set out in our current Schedule of Fees and subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

● We reserve the right to change the Schedule of Fees from time to time (as per KHDA approval)
● Tuition fees are due every term and must be paid in full and in advance, by the last day of the previous term. For the avoidance of doubt, for children joining/returning to the nursery at the start of a new academic year, tuition and transport fees are due and payable in full by the last day of the previous academic year.
● Full tuition and transport fees for each term are payable regardless of whether or not a child attends the whole term or only a part of the term, whether due to late start or early withdrawal.
● All other fees are due and payable as set forth in the Schedule of Fees.
● Fees are neither refundable nor transferable. No refunds, reductions or set-offs in any fees will be made in case of a child’s withdrawal or absence from nursery due to illness, travel, holidays (nursery, public or otherwise) or any other event.
● Late payment of fees may incur an additional charge of 10% of the outstanding amount.
● Please be aware that if fees are not paid by the applicable due date, we reserve the right to withhold admission to your child and you may forfeit your child’s place at our nursery.
● New students starting during the course of the academic year will be required to pay tuition fees from the month of enrolment. For example, if a student enrols in the 3rd week of October, tuition fees for the entire month of October must still be paid.

One (1) term’s notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from The Wonder Years Nursery. This notice must be definitive, specific (i.e indicate the date your child will be leaving the nursery), in writing and given to the Nursery Manager or Administrator. Failure to give such notice will result in the forfeit of your Deposit Fee. Please be aware that irrespective of when such notice is given, the balance of the current term’s fees is not refundable.
Please also note that once such notice is given, your child’s enrolment with the nursery will be terminated on the date specified and the nursery has the right to allocate your child’s place to another child from that date. Should you change your mind, for any reason, and wish to keep your child at our nursery, a place for your child will be subject to availability and you will be required to register and enrol again.

The Nursery follows the KHDA’s Schools Registration and Refund Policy on tuition fee refunds. Please find set out below the Nursery’s refund policy:

Registration Fee: This is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Deposit: This is non-refundable unless one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance. For example, if you wish to withdraw your child for Term 3, you must give the Nursery prior written notice of withdrawal by the first day of Term 2.

Tuition Fees: Refunds on tuition fees will be calculated as set out below:
● Tuition fees paid prior to the start of the academic year are fully refundable.
● If the child has been enrolled at Nursery for two weeks or less, two months’ fees are
refundable.
● If the child has been enrolled at Nursery for a period ranging between two weeks and one month, one month’s fees are refundable.
● If the child has been enrolled at Nursery for more than a month, there is no refund on tuition fees as the full term’s fees are payable.
● All refunds will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official written request by the parent stating their child’s withdrawal. Please note that the date from which a child has been absent is irrelevant and shall not be taken into consideration because a child is enrolled at Nursery as long as they are on the Nursery register.

Please be aware that the KHDA’s Schools Registration and Refund Policy are subject to change and the Nursery will always follow the most recent version of the current KHDA regulations.
