Yes. We have a structured settling-in programme, generally recommending at least 5 settling-in sessions during the first week and up to two weeks. The sessions help children gradually adapt to nursery life and are tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Bathrooms are child-sized, cleaned throughout the day, and disinfected daily. Staff use PPE for diaper changes, and hygiene is embedded across all routines​.

Parents are contacted immediately to collect their child. Sick children must stay home until fully recovered, following a minimum 24-hour exclusion period (or longer if advised by our nurse). In cases of prescribed antibiotics, a 72-hour exclusion applies​.
