Yes. We have a structured settling-in programme, generally recommending at least 5 settling-in sessions during the first week and up to two weeks. The sessions help children gradually adapt to nursery life and are tailored to each child’s individual needs.

We operate a strict nut-free and pork-free policy, accommodate dietary needs, and have a full-time nurse to manage medical requirements. Parents must inform staff of allergies and provide any necessary medication with written doctor’s instructions.
Bathrooms are child-sized, cleaned throughout the day, and disinfected daily. Staff use PPE for diaper changes, and hygiene is embedded across all routines.
Parents are contacted immediately to collect their child. Sick children must stay home until fully recovered, following a minimum 24-hour exclusion period (or longer if advised by our nurse). In cases of prescribed antibiotics, a 72-hour exclusion applies.
